All of the events happened so quickly, and large time lapses happened between paragraphs, making it hard to follow along and fully understand what was happening. The narrative of this story was so rushed. I was definitely disappointed by the conclusion to the trilogy. However, when compared to The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, it faltered. When considered as its own entity, it was not a bad novel. Review: Literally everyone told me that this was a bad book, and on the whole, I’d have to agree.
